Frustrating experience with disorganized medical service

I signed up but never received the scheduled telehealth consultation. When I tried to follow up, it appeared I would need to complete the entire online intake form again from scratch. I'm now forced to make an additional in-person visit next week just to understand the status of my medical request. The administrative process seems completely disjointed. If I hadn't relocated recently, I would have preferred to continue with my previous healthcare provider. 😒
