The staff struggle with fundamental communication skills, as they promised to contact me about scheduling but never followed through. The receptionist's approach was far from helpful, initially attempting to divert me to another medical facility due to fully booked time slots. I had to persistently navigate through the receptionist's unhelpful demeanor and essentially compel them to process my registration. After waiting past the expected call time, they ultimately denied my appointment. In future interactions with clients, I strongly advise taking accurate notes and implementing a more efficient appointment management system.
