Frustrating experience with slow and disorganized service

Patience Medical Center consistently struggles with timely communication, leaving patients uninformed until well after their scheduled appointment time. Even after waiting an additional 5-10 minutes, you'll find yourself queuing up again just to understand the reason for delays. The staff, both at reception and in the back office, seem more preoccupied with their personal conversations and move at an extremely sluggish pace. Their telephone system and appointment booking process are equally frustrating and inefficient.
