Frustrating experience with terrible medical service

Called at 8:29 in the morning, positioned 24th in line, finally reached the front desk after 18 minutes only to be informed that all morning slots were fully booked. Advised to attempt scheduling again at 1pm. Completely unacceptable and utterly frustrating. This practice is so dysfunctional that I'm definitively seeking a new medical provider - I've never encountered such disorganized and inefficient healthcare management.
