Frustrating experience with unhelpful clapton surgery

Scheduling an appointment requires enduring a 30-minute hold with an endless loop of messaging about Patient Online Access, despite the fact that this Surgery doesn't actually support web-based booking. They seem intent on creating barriers to seeing a doctor, which significantly increases the risk of incorrect medical assessment. Multiple times, I've resorted to paying £75 for a quick 15-minute same-day consultation with a private GP. This might work for those with financial means, but honestly, the service quality at Clapton Surgery has dramatically declined from excellent in 2017 to utterly poor in 2022, with absolutely no indication of potential improvement. Moreover, the in-house Pharmacist consistently fails to review notes on repeat prescription requests, which is incredibly exasperating - one would expect a Pharmacist to demonstrate a basic level of professional thoroughness.
