Frustrating experience with unhelpful medical receptionist

I attempted to schedule an appointment for the upcoming weeks and inquired about available time slots. The staff informed me that I must call at 8:30 am on the same day to secure an appointment, which is completely impractical for my situation. I work night shifts and am typically asleep by 6:30 am, making their scheduling process impossible for me. When I requested to speak with the surgery manager, the receptionist, Anna, rudely dismissed my request, stating that the manager does not take phone calls. The entire interaction felt like the staff wields absolute power, threatening to disconnect or remove patients who ask too many questions or challenge their procedures.
