Frustrating experience with unhelpful medical staff

Unhelpful front desk staff made online appointment booking impossible. When I called to explain my difficulties, I was told to use the online system, but needed to justify my medical need first. Then I had to wait for a callback from a doctor who would decide whether I actually required an appointment. The entire process was incredibly frustrating and inefficient. It seems practically impossible to secure a medical consultation when you genuinely need one.
