Frustrating experience with unresponsive medical practice

I've been attempting to schedule a virtual appointment for more than seven days, but the system persistently indicates it's at full capacity. I'm completely baffled about how I can possibly connect with a physician regarding my medical concerns. When I attempt to phone, the line is perpetually busy. This medical practice has seriously deteriorated in its quality of service.
