Frustrating GP Calls Never Connect

I'm utterly frustrated with their appointment scheduling. This is now the second instance where I've attempted to set up a GP consultation, and they consistently fail to establish proper communication, instead leaving me with a voicemail. Upon returning their call, the Reception staff are dismissive, merely stating "you have received a call." It's absurd that I can seamlessly manage remote work for an international company without any communication problems, yet I can't secure a simple phone consultation from a local practice. I'm definitely changing healthcare providers at the earliest opportunity.
