Frustrating gp care and endless phone appointments

I'm extremely frustrated after enduring a health problem for nine months. My general practitioner only offers phone consultations, which are completely useless, and they repeatedly prescribe the same medication without truly listening. It seems they lack competent staff to assist patients who are genuinely unwell. The appointment process is incredibly demoralizing - even when you're suffering, you're forced to complete extensive paperwork and then wait numerous days for a response. In my case, I submitted health-related forms, and after two days, they sent a message scheduling a telephone appointment four days later. Do they seriously believe my medical condition can simply wait for their convenience? Their approach is so bureaucratic that I suspect even if someone were critically ill, they'd still be required to fill out forms and wait a week for an appointment.
