I've encountered significant challenges with this medical practice. Attempts to reach them by phone are futile, as you're greeted by an automated message directing you to schedule via their app. However, the app itself proves equally unhelpful, merely advising to try again at 7 am the following day. On the rare occasions when human interaction is achieved, the reception staff display a distinct lack of courtesy and assistance. Initially drawn to this GP due to its seemingly decent ratings, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. In a particularly concerning incident, an administrative staff member took it upon themselves to discontinue my prescription, basing their decision on a misinterpretation of my test results. When I called to rectify this error, I had to explain the meaning of my own test results to them. Adding insult to injury, there wasn't even an apology offered for this potentially dangerous mistake. The entire ordeal has left me feeling frustrated and questioning the competence of this practice.
