Frustrating gp service leaves patient desperate for help

I'm utterly frustrated with this general practitioner's office. For three consecutive days, I've been struggling to get through on the phone, enduring lengthy wait times. Today, I waited for two hours because I urgently need medical attention following my recent hospitalization at Whiston. As per medical instructions, I require a doctor to examine me, review my condition, and continue my medication. I've been attempting to secure an appointment for a week, and all I receive is a repetitive "call back tomorrow at 8 am" response. This GP's service is truly subpar. Since moving to the area, I've experienced a significant decline in healthcare accessibility. My previous GP offered an E-Consult service that dramatically improved efficiency. Unfortunately, this current practice seems stuck in the past and desperately needs to modernize to meet the growing community's healthcare needs.
