Frustrating gp visit with zero help

I've attempted to see my doctor just once during the pandemic period, and the consultation was incredibly frustrating. The physician seemed completely unfamiliar with my medical history, even requiring me to explain the purpose of my current medications. Their appointment scheduling process is absurdly complicated - patients are expected to call precisely at 8am, but repeatedly encounter busy signals. When you finally connect, you're forced to endure a lengthy two-minute explanation about their system, followed by extensive waiting queues. By the time you reach a receptionist, all appointments are invariably gone, whether you're seeking same-day, advance, or even clinical callback options. They impose restrictive communication windows, like allowing only a one-hour window for receiving test results. To compound the inconvenience, they shut down operations mid-day on Wednesdays. Ironically, despite these convoluted access barriers, their waiting room consistently remains completely empty.
