Frustrating health service with poor communication system

Absolutely terrible encounter with this Health Centre, consistently facing a 45-minute struggle just to contact reception for scheduling. Moreover, they provide no fixed appointment times and can ring you up at any moment, which is incredibly inconvenient for those working remotely who can't abruptly interrupt professional calls to answer NHS communications. If you miss their call, they simply don't attempt to reconnect. I strongly believe the appointment system desperately needs improvement, with designated time slots to enhance overall service quality.
