Frustrating health service with unreliable communication

The appointment system is incredibly inconvenient, with only same-day bookings available at 8am via phone or in-person queue, which is extremely challenging for anyone with a job. I've been experiencing persistent body pain for 4-5 months, consuming 3-5 paracetamol daily. Over the past four months, I've attempted to secure phone consultations for myself and my wife, but they consistently failed to follow through. Additionally, regarding my medical samples sent to the hospital, I received no callback despite needing results for blood sugar, calculations, and liver tests. While they might appear helpful on the surface, the overall management of this surgery is remarkably inefficient and frustrating.
