Frustrating healthcare access for vulnerable patients

Sadly, the current system is incredibly challenging for those who can't physically line up early in the morning or make phone calls during appointment booking hours, especially for individuals who work full-time. The process is particularly difficult for elderly patients like my 80-year-old mother, who has become discouraged and would likely neglect her health entirely without my constant intervention and support. It's clear that the medical practice desperately needs to implement a more accessible and patient-friendly method for scheduling appointments.
