Frustrating healthcare app fails to deliver medication

Update: a year after the practice manager's response, I'm satisfied to observe a newfound dedication to public relations, though delivered with a somewhat patronizing undertone for an organization funded by taxpayers. If only obtaining a courteous or straightforward response from the telephone staff or having an app with notification capabilities were possible, such misunderstandings could be avoided. It's intriguing to discover that Practice Managers, whom I had presumed were business-oriented and not healthcare professionals, would delve into patients' medical records to refine their Google review responses... ---- Once more, no acknowledgment of my app-based repeat medication request (the sole available method), forcing me yet again to secure an emergency prescription from a local pharmacy.
