Frustrating healthcare experience at broadwater medical centre

I've been a patient at Broadwater Medical Centre my entire life, having been their client since birth. At 31 years old, I've always found scheduling appointments straightforward, but everything changed when the pandemic struck. Two years later, I'm still struggling to secure a consultation. Every morning when I call, I'm informed that all slots for the day are full, yet I'm unable to make a future booking. This situation is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating!
