Frustrating healthcare experience: delays and errors

Dealing with this establishment has been an absolute nightmare. As a newcomer to the area, I attempted to schedule an appointment for a crucial depo injection. To my dismay, I was informed that no slots were available for over a month, yet it was supposedly too early to book beyond that timeframe. They instructed me to call back in four weeks, which I dutifully did, only to be told I'd missed the window again! After a period of exasperation, I finally secured an appointment last week for today. I explicitly emphasized to the receptionist that my last injection was in November. Upon arrival this morning, I was blindsided by the news that I was at the incorrect location - information I should have allegedly received but didn't. I had to sprint to the right clinic, only to face another setback: the nurse refused to administer the shot, insisting I needed to consult a GP first. Naturally, I inquired about booking said GP appointment on the spot. Their response? I must return at the crack of dawn on Monday to even attempt scheduling. This level of incompetence is beyond belief. I've already taken time off work for this fiasco, and now I'm expected to do so twice more - once to merely book an appointment, and again for the actual consultation. The sheer lack of common sense and efficiency in this practice is astounding and utterly unacceptable.
