Frustrating healthcare experience during covid pandemic

I'm completely frustrated with the appointment process due to the pandemic. Ever since contracting Covid-19, my health has been steadily deteriorating. Every time I attempt to schedule a consultation, I'm met with roadblocks, and the promised callback from the medical staff is utterly useless. I'm still waiting for an x-ray that seems like it will never happen. This used to be a reliable medical practice, but it has seriously declined in quality and service.
