Frustrating healthcare experience for elderly patient

I called the medical practice this morning to discuss medication side effects, as recommended by a pharmacist nearby. However, I was told I needed to navigate through administrative hurdles because my previous surgery hadn't removed me from their system. The receptionist then insisted I consult an in-house pharmacist, which is precisely what I was attempting to do. This is now the third medical practice in Fleetwood I've encountered, and they're all equally frustrating. How can they expect someone my age, who is 90, or someone with learning difficulties, to manage complex medical patches? If I experience serious medication reactions, my solicitor will absolutely have grounds to take legal action against this surgery, just as he did with my previous medical provider.
