Frustrating healthcare experience for my elderly mother

I'm deeply frustrated with the medical office's lack of responsiveness regarding my elderly mother's prescription. At 84 years old and battling cancer, she shouldn't have to endure such lengthy delays in her care. Their inefficiency is unacceptable, especially given her critical health situation. They need to improve their communication and process immediately. This is completely unacceptable treatment of a vulnerable patient!
