Frustrating healthcare experience leaves patient completely disappointed

Four years have passed since my last in-person medical consultation. The wait for a mere telephone appointment stretches to three weeks, and even then, it's with a remote physician. Two weeks later, I'm scheduled to meet a nurse practitioner face-to-face. Despite my three-decade loyalty to this practice, I've reached my breaking point of frustration.
