Frustrating healthcare experience with endless delays

Getting an appointment for my daughter with the therapist was already a challenging process, and then on the scheduled day, they cancel and suggest a phone consultation. During the call, they acknowledge that an in-person session is necessary, which was the original requirement, and promise to find someone to contact me with a new appointment within weeks. After patiently waiting two weeks, I called their number and was given an appointment with a wait time of one and a half months. I'm genuinely frustrated and skeptical about whether they will even follow through with this appointment.
