This surgical practice over the past twelve months has been absolutely dreadful. Scheduling appointments is impossible, with everything pushed towards digital platforms. Online e-consultations are not a universal solution, and the form contains excessive and inadequate questions. Moreover, the front desk staff act like gatekeepers, completely disregarding patient privacy. Why should personal medical details be discussed in a crowded waiting room where everyone can overhear? Patients understand their own experiences, yet the staff seem rigidly attached to their scripts, failing to genuinely listen or show any real understanding. They treat patients like generic data points instead of unique individuals. Where is the human compassion? These employees function more like emotionless machines than caring healthcare professionals.
