Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible appointment booking

I spent the entire morning attempting to schedule an appointment for my sick ten-year-old, making over 100 phone calls. Initially, I heard a pre-recorded message, and when I immediately redialed, the line was busy. I remained on hold for more than thirty minutes, intermittently hearing automated messages about their operating hours. While I recognize they might be experiencing high call volumes, this has become a consistent issue every time I try to book an appointment. As a result, I'm now sitting in an overcrowded walk-in center with my seriously unwell child, and I've decided to find a new medical practice that offers better accessibility and communication.
