Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible appointment system

Scheduling an appointment here is a nightmare. You're expected to call right when they open, but the moment you do, the phone lines are swamped. I've had to redial over 30 times just to get through, which is incredibly frustrating. Their current system desperately needs an update to allow patients to wait in a queue instead of constantly redialing. The registration process was equally challenging, taking a full month to complete. The reception staff are friendly and seem overwhelmed, but the overall experience is so cumbersome that I haven't even managed to see a doctor yet due to the immense difficulty in securing an appointment.
