Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible appointments

THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE IS COMPLETELY OVERWHELMED According to their website, the digital consultation platform supposedly opens at 8am, but when you log in at that time, you're greeted with a message stating "your practice is not accepting online appointments at this time, try submitting a request again from 8am tomorrow" - EXCEPT IT DOESN'T WORK the following day either. When I resort to calling, I discover I'm more than 20th in the telephone queue. How am I supposed to manage my work commitments if I'm forced to waste an entire hour just trying to reach my healthcare provider?
