Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible appointments

I've been utterly unsuccessful in scheduling any appointment with VMC, despite numerous efforts to do so. Their telephone support is dismally inadequate - even when you manage to connect, you're frequently advised to reattempt the following day. For someone dealing with mental health challenges, the simple desire to consult with my regular family doctor has become an incredibly frustrating experience.
