Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible appointments

I've been a patient at this medical practice for several years now, and the service has been far from satisfactory. Whether it's due to COVID-19 or a shortage of physicians, securing an appointment has become nearly impossible, even when I'm diligent about calling first thing in the morning. On the rare occasion I manage to schedule a "call back," the call invariably fails to connect with my phone. Strangely, this communication issue is unique to this medical practice and doesn't occur with any other service. I've attempted to address these problems, but their response is consistently unhelpful and dismissive. As a result, I'm forced to either go without medical attention or unnecessarily burden the A&E department just to see a healthcare professional. The days of easily booking same-day appointments with a real doctor seem to be long gone, and I'm only 29, so this decline is relatively recent. It appears that healthcare professionals have simply lost their commitment to patient care and are no longer willing to provide the level of service patients deserve.
