Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible appointments

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I've been attempting to secure an urgent medical consultation for four consecutive days, and it seems they deliberately keep their phone lines inactive during morning hours to avoid incoming calls. Once they eventually open the lines, they immediately state that all appointment slots are completely filled? It's utterly ridiculous considering we contribute national insurance funds. They persistently redirect me to the 111 service, which is an additional source of frustration. All I want is a straightforward appointment with my general practitioner.
