Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible communication

Absolutely Abysmal Service. They've deliberately engineered barriers that obstruct patient communication. Gone are the days of simple phone scheduling; now you're forced to navigate a web application that's exclusively functional during limited office hours. To make matters worse, they dispatch emails from unidentified addresses that automatically land in spam, then use this as a pretext to deny medication access when patients inevitably miss their cryptic communications. The level of incompetence is staggering.
