Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible scheduling

Scheduling an appointment here is an absolute nightmare. For the past two years, I've consistently failed to secure a slot when making phone calls. Available times vanish almost instantly, leaving no viable options. Their triage process is equally problematic and creates unnecessary delays in receiving medical attention. I've called multiple times, with staff promising to send a link that never arrives. When attempting to use the online triage system, I'm repeatedly informed it's at capacity and advised to try again the next day. This frustrating pattern has become my recurring experience with this healthcare provider.
