Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible scheduling

Absolutely frustrating experience. Scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible, requiring me to waste valuable work hours stuck on hold for nearly 60 minutes, only to be met with staff claiming communication issues. Ironically, my hospital specialist advised me to reduce stress, but the process of trying to connect with this office is incredibly anxiety-inducing and counterproductive.
