Frustrating healthcare experience with limited access

The loss of direct phone booking is truly disappointing. Having to navigate an online link to describe your medical concerns feels impersonal and challenging, especially when you're already feeling vulnerable and seeking assistance. After submitting my appointment request, I was informed that I'd need to take my young daughter to the distant Marlow location, which seems unnecessarily complicated given that our regular medical center is just a short walking distance from our home. I want to be clear that this criticism isn't directed at the staff, who have consistently demonstrated exceptional helpfulness. However, I strongly feel that eliminating phone-based appointment scheduling and redirecting patients to far-flung practices is not an improvement, but a step backward in patient care.
