Frustrating healthcare experience with limited online options

I've been out of medical care for a while now, and suddenly I'm unable to obtain my prescription medications through online physician services. The situation has rapidly deteriorated. I'm considering alternative options. The personnel are friendly, but I find digital interfaces challenging. I'm concerned that elderly patients will soon be forced to physically visit clinics and endure long wait times to consult a doctor. My sole desire is to request my prescription directly from my healthcare provider, not through an intermediary website.
