Frustrating healthcare experience with mixed service

The staff at this medical center are typically warm and welcoming, but today was a challenging experience. I spent around 20 minutes trying to connect with them, followed by another 20 minutes on hold, only to be told the doctor would call later. They attempted to reach me once, but the call dropped, and they left a voicemail claiming I missed their call (which never actually came through). Despite this, the staff remained friendly. The doctor was helpful and prescribed antibiotics. However, when I went to the pharmacy to collect them, the medication wasn't ready - a common occurrence. The lead pharmacist was occupied on the phone, causing me to wait about 15 minutes for her to finalize the prescription. While on a call, I approached the counter, and the pharmacist rudely remarked, "You know I have other customers besides you," which I found unnecessarily dramatic. She then requested my address. Since I have two residences, I provided both, but she curtly responded, "Just tell me the address." I repeated both addresses, unsure which was on my form, and she eventually handed over the prescription. I didn't recognize this pharmacist and was thoroughly unimpressed by her condescending attitude. Overall, I'm disappointed. While the staff are usually excellent, today's system and communication were completely disorganized.
