Frustrating healthcare experience with mixed service quality

Overall, my experience with VMC has been satisfactory, but I find the organization lacking, including the on-site Pharmacy at Kamsons. Upon arriving for an in-person consultation, I was informed it was actually a telephone appointment (my wife encountered the same situation). Due to workload, prescriptions are occasionally unavailable. Staff turnover is high, and you seldom interact with the same personnel twice. The online appointment booking systems seem to be in constant flux. The merger of the three practices has been challenging, though I remain hopeful that current issues, especially regarding appointment accessibility, will be addressed and improved.
