Frustrating healthcare experience with no communication

I underwent a blood test almost three weeks back, and there's been complete radio silence since then. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to contact them by phone - I've attempted calling for two consecutive mornings, only to be met with either busy signals or messages about the queue being at capacity. To make matters worse, I'm on the verge of exhausting my high blood pressure medication. Ironically, Oaktree is the very reason my blood pressure is spiking right now!!!!!
