Frustrating healthcare experience with no real help

I completed the digital consultation questionnaire, only to be directed to phone the clinic for medical guidance. Upon calling, I was informed that no appointments were available until 8:00 Monday (this was Friday around 2:30pm). While I understand their constraints, the receptionist made no effort to inquire about my health situation, simply suggesting I visit a walk-in clinic. Unfortunately, my medical condition is severely limiting my mobility, rendering their recommendation essentially useless. Follow-up... Five months later, absolutely no progress has been made. The medical professionals themselves seem competent, but the fundamental problem lies in the appointment scheduling process. Securing a consultation has become an incredibly frustrating experience. I've decided to escalate this matter by contacting our local member of parliament.
