Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

Deeply frustrated with this medical practice Previously an excellent clinic, but now impossible to schedule an appointment What happened to their former quality of service? Forced to use their online platform, despite significant difficulties connecting through their convoluted digital system I remain waiting for a return call from a physician The triage process feels overly intrusive, as the receptionists seem unqualified to assess medical needs They lack proper medical training and credentials I'm uncomfortable revealing personal health details to administrative staff Their access to my confidential medical records feels like a serious violation of privacy It's no surprise people are becoming increasingly disillusioned with such healthcare experiences
