Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

Something has shifted in recent months. I can't pinpoint exactly what, but scheduling appointments has become significantly more challenging, and the overall atmosphere feels less comfortable compared to before. This is particularly noticeable when patients are referred by hospitals. The physicians seem to be dropping the ball on follow-ups, leaving patients without clear guidance or next steps. There's a notable lack of comprehensive reviews and ongoing care coordination.
