Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

Getting through to this clinic is an absolute nightmare - I've had to dial over 100 times before someone picks up. Their prescription handling is consistently problematic, with meds never being ready when promised. I've been forced to use precious work hours just to get my blood pressure checked, only to discover later that the healthcare professional I saw isn't authorized to prescribe medication, and worse, no information was forwarded to someone who could. The entire purpose of my visit was completely undermined. The clinic's operational inefficiencies are glaringly obvious - there's a total breakdown in organizational structure and communication. Urgent changes are desperately needed. The practice manager needs to conduct a thorough investigation into these systemic failures and implement immediate corrective actions.
