An urgent hospital communication remained inaccessible until administrative staff processed their emails later. The entire healthcare experience feels like an impersonal assembly line where medical professionals only engage when forcefully prompted. This seems symptomatic of broader systemic issues within the NHS, not just limited to this specific practice. My confidence in the healthcare system has been utterly eroded.
