I've attempted to reach out to the organization multiple times, but my concerns have been met with complete silence. The quality of medical service and administrative support has dramatically deteriorated. Scheduling an appointment has become an insurmountable challenge, and obtaining a prescription involves navigating through countless obstacles. The physicians seem inconsistent and appear disconnected from my medical history, offering advice without proper context. I've wasted countless hours on phone calls, tediously repeating basic information for even the most straightforward inquiries.
