Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

The medical practice's appointment system is a complete mess. You're forced to complete an online form, then miss the doctor's call due to being at work in a loud setting. When you finally attempt to reconnect, the receptionist dismissively suggests the doctor likely won't call back because of the missed initial contact. There's more happening beyond COVID, and they desperately need to improve their approach. They should allow patients to see a GP in person without subjecting them to an interrogation of endless questions!
