Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

I'm experiencing persistent difficulties scheduling appointments via eConsult, and it appears that communications sent to the medical facility are routinely ignored, with no subsequent action taken. The front desk staff consistently demonstrate a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, and messages entered into the digital system are systematically neglected. While I recognize the potential workload challenges, the overall standard of service is profoundly unsatisfactory. Significant improvements are urgently required.
