Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

They unexpectedly dropped me from their patient roster after misplacing my documentation. I only discovered this after initiating contact via email, and then was required to resubmit proof of my residential location within their service area. The processing of a straightforward referral dragged on for an excessive period, with zero communication despite my numerous attempts to follow up. Given that I work full-time during business hours, I cannot easily drop by in person and simply require a responsive healthcare service. At this point, I'm seriously questioning whether I want to continue as a patient here. I've only visited twice in the past ten years and certainly didn't anticipate experiencing such an inconvenient and frustrating ordeal.
