Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

Abysmal customer support.... I called early in the morning and after enduring a lengthy wait, I was informed that all slots were already filled within moments. Eventually, I managed to secure an appointment for my child, only to receive a cancellation call later that day. The reason? The assigned nurse doesn't handle patients under two years old. How could they not have known this during the initial booking? They suggested I call back today with the promise of available doctors, but now I've been given an appointment for 11/02/19. I'm definitely seeking alternative healthcare providers.
