Frustrating healthcare experience with poor communication

I've been attempting to secure a consultation regarding my test outcomes for weeks now. I've scheduled appointments twice, but each time complications arose - like booking an afternoon slot yet having it mistakenly logged in the morning when I'm working, or receiving an impossibly brief call at day's end that gives me no chance to respond. Considering this involves a cyst scan, I'm left feeling completely disregarded and unimportant.
